中文摘要:
目的:探讨采用椎管次环状侧前方减压植骨的基础上加椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗陈旧性胸腰段骨折不全瘫的疗效。
方法:对19例陈旧性胸腰段骨折不全瘫患者行次环状侧前方减压植骨加椎弓根钉内固定治疗,经术后6～36个月(平均15个月)随访并对其临床疗效、植骨融合率、畸形矫正等进行了分析。
结果:术后症状缓解,脊髓功能明显改善占84.2%(16/19),未发现断钉、松动。
结论:次环状侧前方减压植骨加RF/AF椎弓根钉内固定治疗陈旧胸腰段骨折不全瘫,具有减压充分、能纠正后凸畸形及术后脊柱稳定性好、能早期活动等优点。 |

| Anterior-lateral decompression and fusion combined with pedicle screw internal fixation system for the treatment of old fractures of thoracolumbar segment |

ABSTRACT
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of decompression and fusion combined with internal fixation with pedicle screw(RF/AF) system in old fracture of thoracolumbar segment and incomplete paraplegia.
Methods:19 cases of old fracture of thoracolumbar segment and incomplete paraplegia were treated with anterior lateral decompression and fusion combined with internal fixation with pedicle screw system.All patients were followed up for 6 to 36 months (mean 15 months).The clinical effect,graft fusion and deformation correction were analyzed.
Results:Symptoms were remission and myelofunction were efficiently improved in 84.2%(16/19) postoperation.A stable graft fusion was achieved in all cases by X ray examination postoperation.There was no implants broken or loosening.
Conclusion:This method has a complete decompression,high rate of successful graft fusion,correcting an angle deformity and earlier movement without external fixation. |
