| 中文摘要:在长骨骨折治疗中,外科医生经常面临选用何种固定。只有充分了解固定方法和固定物对骨折局部血供和应力环境的影响,才能较好地选择合适的内固定物。由于交锁髓内钉固定骨折在保护长骨血供方面具有优越功能,因此使用交锁髓内钉治疗长骨骨折已经被公认为标准的治疗方法。本文拟就交锁髓内钉固定骨折对长骨干血供的影响作一综述。 |

| Interlocking intramedullary nailing and long bone blood supply |

| ABSTRACT The choice of internal fixation is important in treating long bone fracture.Fully understanding of the effect of fixation method and fixator on local blood supply and stress distrbution can help us choose suitable fixator.Interlocking intramedullary nailing has already been accepted generally as standard therapy in treating long bone fracture,which has preponderance in fracture fixation and blood supply.The article hereby reviewed the effects of interlocking intramedullary nailing on long bone blood supply. |
